The villa is beautifully furnished with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen as well as a laundry room and two-car garage. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Our local management company ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained and are always available to assist during your stay.

Living room/Dining area

There is a comfortable, spacious open plan living room and dining area. The 25" TV has cable as well as a DVD/VCR combo. The telephone can be used for both incoming and outgoing calls - local calls are free but long distance and international calls will require a pre-paid telephone card (available from most supermarkets). There is a 3 seater sofabed, 2 seater sofa and a single seat in the living room and the dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. Two further chairs are located at the breakfast bar adjacent to the dining area. Patio doors lead in to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the usual appliancies, including fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, blender and over-the-range microwave. There is also a washer and dryer the the utility area.

Pool area

Relax in or around the private 14' x 28', and upto 6' deep, screened pool, which can be heated on request. For families staying with children, all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with an audible 'door open' alarm.

Master bedroom 1

The first master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser with mirror and a 20" TV. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower as well as its own access to the pool area.

Master bedroom 2

The second master bedroom has a double bed and a large tall dresser and a 19" TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3

This twin bedroom is decorated to a Disney theme.

Bedroom 4

The fourth bedroom also has twin beds.

Additional bathroom

The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
